What you type into a form, and, if you allow it, how the site is used. A few tools you choose to use also pass data to the service behind them (below). First, what you type into a form: your name, email, phone number and your answers about the work you need. The lawful basis is your consent — the tick box on the form, which is never pre-ticked, and which we keep a record of. We use those details to reply to your enquiry and to prepare for the call.

Second, if you allow it, anonymised usage measurement: which pages were opened, which buttons were pressed, how far down a page people read. It is measured with PostHog (EU servers), Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics. The lawful basis is again your consent, given through the cookie banner. Decline it and none of them is loaded at all — not loaded and blocked, simply never requested.

The website audit sends the address you enter to Google PageSpeed Insights; we don't keep it. Booking a call uses Cal.com, which receives what you enter there. The map comes from OpenStreetMap and loads only when you press Show the map. When the WhatsApp demo's AI is switched on, what you type in it goes to Anthropic to write the reply; we don't keep it.

You have the right to be told what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will act within seven days. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

Whether Techmode is registered with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner as a data controller is an administrative matter the business is working through; this page will state the position once it is settled rather than imply one.

This site runs on Vercel in the EU (Frankfurt) region, and enquiries are delivered by email and to a private spreadsheet held in Google Workspace. We do not claim Kenyan data residency, because it would not be true.

Every request passes through Cloudflare, which also runs Turnstile on the form to check a person sent it. Enquiry emails are delivered by Resend.

If something on the site breaks, the technical details of the error are sent to Sentry so we can fix it. We have switched off sending IP addresses.

Necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your choice on the banner. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. The banner has a Marketing switch; nothing on this site uses it today. You can change your mind whenever you like — use Cookie preferences at the foot of any page.

Email [email protected] with what you want — access, correction or deletion — or message us on WhatsApp. You do not need to explain why.
