Student records sit in one spreadsheet, fee balances in another, and attendance in a book. Chasing a term's fees means a phone call per parent, and the only time most parents hear from the school is when something has already gone wrong. Admin time goes to reconciling books rather than to students.
The solution

A school platform covering admissions, attendance, gradebooks and fee management, with M-Pesa payment through Daraja, automatic balance reminders to parents on WhatsApp and SMS, and a reporting dashboard the head teacher can open without asking anyone to prepare it.
